On July 31, Times Commercial and BLOGIS Holding Ltd. held the signing ceremony for their strategic cooperation and revival project at the Convention Center of Culture Complex, where the two sides officially became strategic partners and embarked on a program of in-depth cooperation in logistics real estate. Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, the general manager of Guangzhou Times Commercial Management Co., Ltd., and Mr. Shu Qian, the general manager of BLOGIS Holding Ltd., attended the ceremony.

The two sides have reached an agreement on the direction of strategic cooperation and will capitalize on their respective professional advantages to propel their development in logistics real estate under the principle of "cooperation for mutual benefits and double wins." Additionally, the two sides will go hand in hand in building a benchmark logistics park project as they continue to encourage economic benefits and social value.

The signing marks not only win-win cooperation between two outstanding enterprises but also the official launch of their first cooperative effort. The Guangzhou revival project is located in a modern industrial base planning area of Panyu District, which is adjacent to GAC Automotive Engineering Institute. That area has a variety of industrial parks for production, R&D and exhibition, and it's surrounded by large logistics parks. The total area of land usage is 150,000 square meters, and the project will be a high-end international logistics park for southern China.

The signing ceremony thus held, the two sides became involved in further discussions on the project. Mr. Shu Qian said BLOGIS will bring into full play their superiority of development, construction and management experience in professional logistics storage, and will build the project by working with Times Commercial. The cooperation will make their respective advantages complementary and will thereby ensure effective resource sharing. Moreover, the revival project is the first management output effort for BLOGIS. In later stages, BLOGIS will conduct more joint efforts with Times Commercial by making full use of its advantages in development, construction and management of professional logistics storage.

Ms. Wang Yuanyuan said the cooperation will be an important step forward on Times Commercial's business diversification map. The launch of the project means Times Commercial officially sets foot in logistics real estate and further expands its territory on the basis of commercial real estate.
